FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the difference between your soap and commercial soaps?

One of the biggest differences between CHARLIE'S ANGEL SOAPS’ products and commercial soaps is the manufacturing process. Since commercially available soaps are made in large batches, the glycerin added is usually artificial. Our soaps are made in small batches with natural oils and fragrances. The cold process ensures that the glycerin is produced naturally and you can get the maximum moisturizing effect.

What ingredients are your soaps made of?

Our soaps are made from naturally occurring oils and fragrances including Sunflower Oil, Soybean Oil, Shea Butter, etc. Our Greek yogurt soaps and goat’s milk soaps are made with real yogurt and milk respectively. Lye is added only to fuel the conversation to transform the fats and oils into soap and is used up during the process. You may find a complete list of our ingredients here.

Why does my soap look different from the picture on your website?

Each batch of soap is handmade. We specialize in making small batches so that you can receive the best soap possible. While we do follow a template for swirls and patterns, minor differences are visible due to our products being handmade. This won’t make any difference in the quality of your soap.

How do I get the best results out of your soaps?

CHARLIE'S ANGEL SOAPS' are minimal-care, but to get the best use out of them, keep them dry between uses. We recommend storing them on an open soap dish that will drain the water from the soap. This will give you the longest-lasting soap.

Where do you ship your products and how long does it take to deliver my order?

While we aim to ship products within 24-48 hours. We expect you to receive your package within 7-10 days. We currently ship products only within the United States, and are testing for all states and Canada. We hope to expand shipping very soon. The shipping costs and delivery dates are dependent on weight as well as your location.

Why is some of the soap wrapping discolored?

Some of our soaps (Banana Coconut Scrub, Butt Naked Scrub, Monkey Farts, Moonlight & Roses, etc.) may have turned part of the label the color of the soap. This is due to the coloring and oils in the soap. To prepare for our launch, we may have packaged the soap slightly earlier than the ideal time to prevent this. We apologize for any inconvenience.
